STOCKTON (CBS13) — A Stockton constabulary serviceman is recovering aft an on-duty San Joaquin County sheriff’s lawman deed them with their patrol car.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office says the “slow-speed collision” happened astatine astir 4:30 p.m. successful the country of El Dorado and Washington streets.

The constabulary serviceman who was deed was off-duty astatine the clip and has since been released from the hospital. His injuries were described arsenic non-life-threatening.

The sheriff’s bureau said the California Highway Patrol is investigating.
